about reiki attunement and meditation?

after attunement of level 3 reiki what type of meditation is required and how long? should it be done for 40 consecutive days? Is there any particular way it is to be done?

Reiki is a joke…you can go mediatate all you want for 40 days…we’ll see how long you are still employed…

As the other answerer said you can get it mail order…that hardly makes it credible…
